Looking for a Video Editor (Adobe Premiere)

Hi, I am a free-lance and I am participating in a seminar on Post-War period in Italy. I wrote a review of a movie of that period, and it would be very nice to create a short video on that. It would be enough a basic knowledge of Adobe Pro. it's a very short video with scenes mainly from a single movie (maximum 10 min, probably 5).
