Posting for the owner of the loft that I am currently staying in available SEPTEMBER 15 - it is absolutely beautiful, and a great location! Please do not hesitate to contact me for any questions. Views of the apartment can be arranged easily. **********For photos and more info: http://littleloftrome.weebly.comThe loft is available for rent (starting from September 15 2015) for up to 12 months at 900 euro per month + bills OR 1100 euro per month with bills included.It is situated in the heart of San Lorenzo, in a quiet and characteristic building from the early 1900s: it's on the ground floor, with a totally independent entrance; its windows open on the two different courtyards of the building. Because of this, the apartment is extremely quiet: you can't hear any noises even if the street outside is always very busy, especially at night! The apartment is safe, even if it's on the ground floor, as the windows are protected by grates and the entrance door has a good locking system. Beside this, robberies are extremely rare in the neighborhood.In the building there is a friendly and helpful porter, which is in service 6 days a week from approximately 9 a.m to 1 p.m.It is composed of: - a nice and spacious living area (of approximately 30 square meters) with kitchenette and toilette on the ground floor - a comfortable sleeping area + shower cubicle on a wooden mezzanine (of approximately 20 square meters); please note that the height on the mezzanine is of approximately 180 centimeters (5ft10in)... it's enough to stand on it... unless you are very tall smile emoticon The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2008 and it will be white painted this summer.Here are some of the house facilities: - High speed internet (WiFi) 24/7 + Landline telephone - Satellite TV - Two TVs and one DVD player (with several DVDs) - Heating (central system)- Air conditioning - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Big refrigerator and freezer - Microwave oven - Electric oven - Eating table and chairs for 6 - All sorts of cooking equipment plus toaster, grinder, coffee machines - Ironing facilities, hair dryer, hoover - Sofa-bed (sleeps two guests) - Queen size bed or twin beds (it can be arranged at your request) - Bed linen, duvets and towels will be provided.San Lorenzo is centrally located in Rome and is very close to the main train/bus/metro station of Rome (Stazione Termini, which is just a 10-minute walk away). San Lorenzo is a great neighborhood where you can feel the authentic spirit of Rome... you will LOVE it!The price is 900 euro per month without bills OR 1100 euro per month including all bills (heating, water, high speed internet 24/7, landline telephone, satellite TV, cleaning of the common spaces in the building and electricity*). *electricity is considered included for up to 80 euro per month - any extras must be paid separately. No agency fees of course, no extra/hidden costs whatsoever.
