The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with kitchenette equipped with all the accessories and appliances (fridge, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine ) and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. Internet wifi. Ground floor, separate entrance, with a private courtyard. The area is well served by shops,supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, grocery stores, post office, banks, ecc. The furniture includes: three-quarter bed, futon sofa, kitchen table with chair, wardrobe, desk, small bookcase, long shelf, chest of drawers, kitchen cupboard, rockery and linen. . 600 €/ month + bills (approx. € 60/month) + 1 month deposit, with official contract.
