The price is 500 all inclusive + 30 euro more from November till March to pay the powerful common heating!There is a cheap, nice room, only 400+ expenses (25/50€) furnished with two single beds, one table, chair, wardrobe. It is perfect for people working at FAO (10minutes walking) or students at Roma 3 (5to 10minutes walking). The house has a perfect location also to go to the beach in OSTIA.
