I moved here from the US with my Italian husband and kids 1.5 years ago and have taken two beginning courses as well as living surrounded by Italians. However, I am not learning the language as well as I need to (taking dog to vet, helping my kid with 1st grade Italian homework, calling hair salon, etc etc...) I am looking for FEMALE to meet up with and work on my Italian. In the process I would be happy to share some of my English skills with you. I have been putting this off for too long and now am feeling like an outcast. Luckily my kids are in Italian public school but speak better the I do! Let me know if you could help....thanks!
