Modern furniture includes a large wardrobe so loads of storage space, a double bed, a chest of four drawers, a free-standing lamp and a mirror on the wall. AC in the bedroom.The other bedroom is occupied by a lovely American girl :)Location: The property is located right by the entrance to the Caffarella Park (great for walks/running, picnics etc.) Just a five min walk to the metro stop Colli Albani (Line A), by supermarket(s), bars, pizzeria's, restaurants, stores and cinema. Also a 20min or so walk from Tuscolana Train Station (direct trains to Fiumicino airport) and around a 15/20min drive to Ciampino Airport.Price: 400euro per month plus billsFuture Tenant: Looking for a female with a full-time job to take the room.
