Room in Prati or central Rome

Hello my future landlord!
I'm Caroline an English teacher from London. I currently live in Prati and teach inside the Vatican so I'm looking to stay close or within easy commuting distance.
January 15th 2019 is my move date.
I'm looking for / my wish list:
- A light and airy large room (not a single) with plenty of wardrobe space.
- I have a bicycle - somewhere to park this inside the building would be ideal!
- To share with professionals - 1 or 2 people max.
- Outside space in any form!
- 1 year rental contract with the option to extend..
(anywhere on the Metro A Line is a bonus).
