Private Cooking class at chef's home. Learn to cook authentic Italian food in Italian chef's home. We are happy to welcome you into the family, you food lovers, lovers of Italy, lovers of Italian food, travellers, for a real Italian experience with authentic and traditional hand-made food! Our hands-on course, home-style Italian recipes to enjoy the intense flavour and freshness of traditionally cooked Italian dishes. Our menu is based around the traditional Italian recipes, of course depending on the season and on the availability of ingredients in the local market. Let's go to the chef's home, come into the kitchen to cook together, and while cooking we taste everything to sample the results of our work. Every person in will be cooking in the session (that's why we prefer working with small groups), having a tutor every two people. Everything we cook during the classes, everybody will taste it and then have the whole menu put in a take-away package, so that they could have their private dinner later on during the day. They will have the full recipes of every single thing we will prepare, so that everyone will be able to reproduce it once back home. Plus, every group will receive a special welcome. We will have the cooking class starting with a typical italian bruschetta, with traditional music in the background and on our terrace. We will be taking pictures during every session, and of course, everyone is free to bring it own camera, for more memories, all the pictures we took and we publish a sample on this Fan page. Private Italian cooking classes are available in English every day afternoon from 6 pm to 8.00 pm Min 2 people / Max 4 people Price € 50 for person. All inclusive.
