We are a small cooking school amateur in Rome. We have built a small-scale teaching kitchen that supports a maximum of 6-7 people per course. Why this choice? Why after so many courses with 15-20 people, we realized that in order to ensure the highest quality of our courses and give all our students the support they need to learn perfectly the preparation of our food, needed a small and friendly environment in which to work hand in hand with one another. After a few months of work in the new small kitchen, we can say that the choice was spot on! All students are followed step by step. 90% of students who come to do the courses in the new location fills us with praise for the high quality of the courses and the chefs.

Siamo una piccola scuola di cucina amatoriale di Roma. Abbiamo costruito una cucina didattica dalle piccole dimensioni che supporta massimo 6-7 persone per corso. Come mai questa scelta? Perché dopo aver fatto tanti corsi con 15-20 persone, ci siamo resi conto che per garantire la massima qualità dei nostri corsi e dare a tutti i nostri studenti il supporto necessario per imparare perfettamente la preparazione delle nostre ricette, serviva un ambiente ristretto e accogliente in cui lavorare a braccetto uno con l'altro. Dopo qualche mese di lavoro nella nuova piccola cucina, possiamo dire che la scelta è stata azzeccata! Tutti gli studenti vengono seguiti passo passo. Il 90% degli studenti che viene a fare i corsi nella nuova sede ci riempe di complimenti per l'altissima qualità dei corsi e degli chef.
