lovely flat near Vatican, one minute from tube A baldo degli ubaldi

I have a lovely flat in Rome , via Baldo degli Ubaldi, 15 minutes by tube from termini station, 10 munutes by bus or tube to the Vatican museums.
it is a lovely area, plenty of shps, super markets, banks, restaurants etc. and very very well connected to the historical centre of Rome.
The house is very quite, top floor with lift.
I will be away for 10 days from 18th to 26th january 2014 and again in february. looking for replacements for short terms
I am a musician and have a few gigs abroad so I would need someone could stay in my lovely apartment
