Fully furnished room in the center of Rome available for rent starting February 1st.
The apartment is 1 km from the Coliseum/Colosseo (Metro B), 450 m from Vittorio Emanuele (Metro A), and 1 km from the main train and bus station Termini. About 200 m from the house there are many buses and a frequent tram that runs through the center of Rome, from Villa Borghese, going pass the Colosseo (3 stops from the house), Circo Massimo, and the FAO, to Piramide and Ostiense (another main train station of Rome). There are many cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and a traditional market nearby and only 10 minutes walk to Monti (Cavour, Metro B), which is an area full of trendy restaurants and wine bars. In fact you can walk to most places in Rome in about 20 minutes.
The apartment is about 75 sq. m with 2 bedrooms. There is a large living room with a fully equipped American style kitchen with coffee machine and microwave. The room is very quiet, about 20 sq. m, has a window facing the courtyard but no view.
The rent is €450 per month and €150 per week. I am very quiet and travel often. The apartment will be shared with me and a well-mannered cat so I hope you like cats. I also wish you are a non-smoker. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please send me a message. Enjoy Rome!
