My girlfriend, Susanna, and I have a spacious and clean furnished apartment between Termini Station and Piazza Vittorio for rent for a minimum of 3 months up to 5 months beginning 1 November 2018. It has a bedroom with a double bed (linens and towels provided), a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, and a bathroom with a shower (80sqm in total). Air-conditioning, WiFi, stereo, cable TV, and DVD, one-half floor up from the entrance to the building. All utilities included in the rent of €1600 per month, with a one-month deposit. The ample supply of public transportation from this neighborhood makes this apartment perfect for a working professional or couple. (This is not a rental appropriate for students.)
