We have a lovely, safe, quiet cottage in our garden, next to our house, recently renovated to a very high standard, across the Caffarella Park, 700 meters from Furio Camillo metro station and a few steps from bus 628. There is bedroom/study room with double mezzanine bed, a sitting room with a kitchen corner, a big bathroom, plenty of closet space, a patio and a roof terrace. There is parquet floor throughout, air conditioning and independent heating. The rent (900 euros) includes all bills, as well as Fastweb connection, My Sky HD and some cleaning.
