Hello everybody! I'm Chiara and I'm renting a room of my flat for short/medium lets. The room, just renovated, is private (with key), very wide and bright, with a single bed. A second single bed is available (in case of second guest, price to be agreed). There are also double glazed windows, mosquito net, wardrobe, shelf unit with doors, big table, chairs and bedside table. There is central heating and WI-FI. Bath linen and bedding are included. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, while in the kitchen you will find gas cooker with electrical oven (brand De Longhi, 2013), refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and TV. Smoking is allowed. The flat is in Villa Bonelli/Portuense area. It's 80m2, on the first floor and is located only 100 meters from the bus stop that goes directly to the centre of Rome (end of the line is Piazza Venezia). In addition, only 700 meters away, you will find the FR1 train stop that passes through the entire city and arrives at the airport of Fiumicino. In the neighborhood there are pizza places, restaurants, coffee shops, big supermarkets and discount, bike path, a green area, swimming pool and much more. Nobody else lives in the flat but me. La camera è privata (vi sarà consegnata la chiave), molto spaziosa e luminosa, dotata di un letto singolo e di Wi-Fi. All'occorrenza, il letto singolo contiene un secondo letto a cassetto che può essere tirato fuori in pochi secondi (in caso di secondo ospite, prezzo da concordare). Inoltre sono presenti un'ampia finestra con doppi vetri e zanzariera, armadio, tavolo, sedie e comodino. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato. Lenzuola ed asciugamani sono inclusi. Bagno, cucina e soggiorno, che potrete utilizzare senza costi aggiuntivi, sono condivisi. Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, doccia, wc, bidet e lavatrice, mentre in cucina troverete macchina del gas con forno elettrico (marca De Longhi, acquistata nel 2013), frigorifero, congelatore, bollitore, tostapane, microonde e tv. Si può fumare. L'appartamento si trova a 100 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus che arriva direttamente al centro di Roma, in particolare a piazza Venezia. Inoltre, a soli 700 metri, troverete la fermata del treno FR1 che passa per l'intera città ed ha il suo capolinea all'aeroporto di Fiumicino. La tabaccheria per l'acquisto dei biglietti si trova sotto casa. In zona vi sono pizzerie, ristoranti, bar, supermercati, pista ciclabile, un'area verde, una piscina e moltissimo altro. Nell'appartamento non vive nessun'altro all'infuori di me. Fotografie della stanza e dell'appartamento disponibili su richiesta. Solo persone oneste, serie e rispettose. IMPORTANTE: a tutti coloro che alloggeranno presso il mio appartamento, verrà gentilmente richiesta una fotocopia di un documento d'identità valido da far pervenire tramite e-mail.
