For the interested ones,
In addition to the usual free opening of the most museum and archaeological sites on the first sunday of the month, (here you can find the list of governative museum):

I would hilight a couple of events:
-- In Rome - Propatria Festival For the lovers of classical music. (Admission free while places last). Here you can find the complete schedule:

-- In the surrounding of Rome - Marino There will be the 93° Sagra dell'Uva di Marino

At 17,30 the fontain of the town will give wine!!!
The event will be very crowded and is not advisable go with the car, is very easy to reach the place with the train from Rome Termini. Line "Roma - Albano laziale", train station "Marino".
