Hello! My friend is renting two studios on the vibrant Via di San Francesco A Ripa in the heart of Trastever,e steps from Piazza San Cosimato and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.
Studios: One studio is a loft with loft bed and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, shower - 900 all included (even internet) for singles and 1100 all included for couples/roomates
The second studio has a queen bed, kitchen, table, bathroom, shower, plenty of light - 900 + utilities for singles and couples/roommates
Apartments: One of the apartments is located on the pictaresque Via della Lungaretta in the heart of trastevere steps from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere and Piazza Trilussa. It is a one bedroom apartment double bed, additional sofa bed, kitchen, fireplace, living room, small balcony in living room and bedroom - 1300 + utilities
The other apartment is a Two Bedroom located on Via San Francesco Massi in the pretty residential quarter of Monteverde, neighboring Trastevere. It is a spacious 100 sqm, bathroom with bath tub/shower, both bedrooms have double beds and desks for working, living room with sofas and armchairs, and kitchen- 1300 + utilities
